Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item and inform you whether your refund is approved.

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days
